Announced today, CND’s Fall 2016 collection: Craft Culture! Preview the colors and collection with us, as we’ve been bursting to share this collection since we got a sneak preview back in March. PREVIEW CND FALL COLLECTION: CRAFT CULTURE
Available July 1, 2016, the CND Craft Culture collection consists of six Shellac shades, eight Vinylux colors, and five additives. The feel of the collection is very rough hewn, with inspiration in denim, copper, and the patina of aged metals.
When we saw this collection presented by Jan Arnold at ABS, Jan described the “perfectly imperfect” inspiration and feeling behind the collection as “slipping on your favorite pair of jeans.”
The Craft Culture Collection Shellac colors are (from left to right): Leather Satchel, Brick Knit, Patina Buckle, Hand Fired, Denim Patch, and Oxblood.
The Vinylux colors in the Craft Culture collection are (from left to right): Oxblood, Leather Satchel, Denim Patch, Brick Knit, Fern Flannel, Patina Buckle, Hand Fired, and Brass Button.
There are five additives in this collection; Boho Beads, Russet Rage, Tainted Gold, Dungarees, and Polished Peridot.
The nail art for this collection is described as rugged, deconstructed nail art that is mostly monochromatic and textural, not utilizing as much contrast as previous collections.
We can’t wait to get our hands on these colors to try some textural nail art with foils and additives to recreate some of the textures from the inspiration images. Which colors are you most excited about? What will you try first? PREVIEW CND FALL COLLECTION: CRAFT CULTURE
